This year's AGM will take place on Wednesday 23rd September at 7:00pm. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the AGM will take place online via Zoom.

The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the previous 12 months (April 2019 - April 2020 for this AGM period), celebrate Warwickshire Pride's achievements, and set out the direction of the charity for the next 12 months.

The AGM is open to members of the public. To register your attendance, please complete the form below. The Zoom login details and AGM documents (agenda, annual report and financial report) will be sent to you by email approximately one week before the AGM date. If you wish to submit a proposal or motion for the trustees of Warwickshire Pride to vote on at the AGM, or if you have any questions that you would like to ask the trustees, please use the form below to do that. Only Warwickshire Pride's board of trustees are able to vote at the AGM.
