This is a weekly fitness group for LGBT+ women and non-binary people who feel it’s for them. Personal trainer Sarah will run different activities each week to help you improve your fitness and confidence.

Join us on the third Saturday of each month on Zoom for an online social group for trans people. This is a friendly, informal group in a safe and welcoming environment.

A monthly social group in Rugby where support is also on offer. All LGBT+ people are welcome to come along, meet new people, make friends, socialise and get advice and support if needed.

There is no Proud Stratford group this Saturday as it’s Easter weekend and our group facilitator wishes to spend time with their family.
