Trans Day of Remembrance Vigil
Our Trans Day of Remembrance vigil is returning on Friday 20th November.
This year it will take place outside Shire Hall in Warwick Market Square, where the Reform administration have been attacking trans rights and trans communities since coming into power.
On the night, there will be speeches, reading of the list of trans people who have lost their lives to hate over the last 12 months, and the lighting of candles. If anyone wishes to speak on the night, that opportunity will be given.
Please bring trans flags, banners, placards, friends, allies, and most importantly yourself.
Given what’s happening in Warwickshire at the moment, this year’s vigil is even more important as we remember those who have lost their lives to hate, stand up against a transphobic regime at Warwickshire County Council, and stand alongside each other in support and solidarity.
