Warwickshire Pride returns to the Pump Room Gardens in Leamington Spa on Saturday 16th August. We are looking for superstars to join the team and help Warwickshire Pride to happen.
Join our volunteer briefing on Monday 28th July at 6:00pm to find out more about volunteering and how you can be part of the team. This is the first of two briefing sessions. You only need to attend one.

This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for people who are reliable, enthusiastic, and want to make a difference in their community.
We need volunteers between 7:00am – 8:00pm on Saturday 16th August. We ask for a minimum of four hours’ commitment. We’ll make sure you are supported on the day, have breaks, get to enjoy the festival, and we’ll provide food and drinks too.
Roles available include (with times next to the roles):
– Traffic management when stallholders and suppliers arrive (7:00am – 10:30am)
– Checking in stallholders when they arrive at the gate (7:00am – 10:30am)
– Setting up various tents – info, merchandise, youth, trans, bi, education, and backstage (7:30am – 10:30am)
– Stewarding the Pride march (9:00am – 11:30am)
– Collecting donations (11:00am – 6:00pm)
– Running the info/merchandise stalls (11:00am – 6:00pm)
– Helping backstage with checking in performers and looking after them (11:00am – 6:00pm)
– Stewarding various areas of the festival site (11:00am – 6:00pm)
– Litter picking and replacing full bins with empty bins (11:00am – 8:00pm)
– Packing up various tents (6:00pm – 8:00pm)
– Traffic management when stallholders and suppliers leave (6:00pm – 8:00pm)
– Taking down decorations (6:00pm – 8:00pm)

A small team organises the festival, but really needs community power on the day to make sure everything goes to plan. Please help if you can.
