We’re recruiting two youth workers to help run our LGBTQ+ youth service and volunteers to help run Golden Queers, our new group for LGBTQ+ people aged 50+, that is coming soon.
The two youth worker roles are 14 hours per week and 8 hours per week, helping to run our LGBTQ+ youth groups in Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Rugby, and Leamington. You will work alongside two other youth workers, running activities and providing support to young people.
Experience is good, but not essential. Likewise, being LGBTQ+ is good, but not essential. You just need to be reliable, open-minded, enthusiastic, and care about LGBTQ+ young people needing a safe space to be who they are.
