LGBT+ Women’s Fitness Group
This is a weekly fitness group for LGBT+ women and non-binary people who feel it’s for them. Personal trainer Sarah will run different activities each week to help you improve your fitness and confidence. Activities can be adapted to suit your needs and it’s ok to sit out any activities that you feel are too much.
All bodies are welcome. All levels of fitness are welcome. This is a fun and inclusive environment full of body positivity and friendly faces.
It’s free to attend but donations are welcomed.
