Chipping Norton Pride to be held

Another local Pride has sprung up, just over the border in Oxfordshire. We’re looking forward to supporting Chippy Pride. The organisers are doing a fantastic job putting it together.

It’s exciting that other Prides are springing up locally. There was Redditch PRIDE happening last week (we’ve heard good things) and Meriden Family Pride happening later this month. We’ve seen that Coventry Pride is being resurrected too, although they don’t have a festival happening this year. We wish them all the best.

The Pride movement is still vital and the smaller, community Prides have a big impact in small towns and rural spaces.

We’ve got the following Prides coming up:

• Kenilworth – 24th June
• Rugby – 25th June
• Nuneaton – 2nd July
• Stratford – 16th July

And of course the main Warwickshire Pride festival on 19th August in Leamington Spa.
