Warwickshire Pride to Launch LGBT+ Counselling Service

Warwickshire Pride has been awarded a grant to begin running an LGBT+ counselling service.

It will be run by counsellors who are LGBT+ and it will be donations-based for people accessing the service. That means people attending counselling pay what they can afford. There will also be no limit on the number of sessions that people can have.

This is an accessible service that removes the barrier of high costs in private therapy, and long waiting lists and limits to the number of sessions someone can have in NHS therapy.

We are currently recruiting counsellors and invite all those interested to apply via our site.
