Warwickshire’s LGBT+ History

In August 2013 the first Warwickshire Pride festival took place at the Pump Room Gardens in Leamington Spa. It took about three months to organise, amongst a backdrop of people saying a Pride event will never work or be accepted in Leamington. On the day the sun was shining and around 2,000 people attended.
