Participants needed for university study

A student at Warwick University is looking for participants for their MA dissertation on how the needs of LGBTQ+ service industry workers can be met in career coaching. They would ideally like to interview between 4-6 people who are:

• Aged 18 or over
• Identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community
• Currently work in a customer service role (e.g. retail, sales, bar work, restaurant work) or have done so within the past five years

Taking part will involve having a 30–60-minute interview with them about your experiences of working in a customer service role and any thoughts about how that could impact a career coaching session. All responses will be pseudonymised so anything you share will not be traced back to you.
